Summers are here and so as the desire of eating Ice cream and Mangoes. There are many health benefits of mangoes. Everybody loves eating mangoes and ice-creams in different ways. So today we are making Mango Ice cream Recipe with condensed milk. We are making this recipe without an ice cream maker.

Without further ado let’s try this Mango Ice Cream Recipe at home…

Ingredients

  • Fresh Mango Pulp : 2 cups (I’ve used alphonso mango here)
  • Fresh Cream : 1 cup
  • Condensed Milk or Powder Sugar : 1/2 cup

How to make Mango Ice Cream

  • Wash the mangoes and peel them.
  • Cut the mangoes in small pieces and put it in a blender.
  • Add condensed milk or sugar in the mangoes and blend them nicely. Don’t use water while blending.
  • In another bowl take chilled cream and whip it till it forms the soft peaks.
  • Now add mango puree in this cream and mix it nicely.
  • Pour this ice cream mixture into the freezer-safe container and freeze it for a minimum of 5-6 hours or until set.
  • Your mango ice cream is ready to serve. If you like you can garnish it with tutti frutti or some mango pieces.

Materials
