Mango Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Fresh Mango Pulp I’ve used alphonso mango here
  • 1 Cup Fresh Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Condensed Milk or Powder Sugar

Instructions

  • Wash the mangoes and peel them.
  • Cut the mangoes in small pieces and put it in a blender.
  • Add condensed milk or sugar in the mangoes and blend them nicely. Don’t use water while blending.
  • In another bowl take chilled cream and whip it till it forms the soft peaks.
  • Now add mango puree in this cream and mix it nicely.
  • Pour this ice cream mixture into the freezer-safe container and freeze it for a minimum of 5-6 hours or until set.
  • Your mango ice cream is ready to serve. If you like you can garnish it with tutti frutti or some mango pieces.
